| + | ====== CR-Scan Raptor ====== | ||
| + | ===== About ===== | ||
| + | The Raptor is a scanner that combines NIR, laser, and full color scanning. It has a maximum accuracy of 0.2mm, but this is very dependent on setup quality and light conditions. I really like this scanner. It is quick and allows me to do basic reverse engineering as well as full color scanning. I have had the opportunity to use true metrology scanners from Hexagon and Shining 3D and this scanner definitely underperforms compared to $20k+ scanners, but hits heavy at its price point and runs well on my laptop. | ||
