===== About =====

The CR-Scan Raptor is a laser 3D Scanning tool that can use both blue light and NIR scanning. NIR scanning is suitable for larger objects that need less resolution and provides a max resolution of 0.1-2mm. Blue light scanning is suitable for smaller objects at a max resolution of 0.02-2mm. The final resolution of the model is dependent on the quality of the scanning process. The more stable the scanning setup, the higher quality the final scan.

This device is not meant for metrology, but has a resolution sufficient to generate useful models. By combining 3D scanning and standard metrology, accurate 3D models can be created.
