Programming this board requires a UART. The board can be programmed using the Arduino IDE.
Initial Wiring:

With the above wiring, The red and green LEDs should light. Bridge the EN and GND pins on the WT32. The green LED should turn off. Remove the bridge from the EN and GND pins. The TW32 is now ready receive a program upload.
