My grandfather built a simple shed for projects. I am remodeling it to repair some rodent damage and make the space more usable. I mostly use it for projects in the cold months so insulation and heat make life much more enjoyable.
Raise the over-head storage shelves to give more wall space
Replace all of the rodent infested insulation
Soda blast the inside of the exterior walls
Add a vapor barrier
Move the existing rough-sawn wall boards to close in the roof insulation
Add 1/2“ plywood walls to close in the wall insulation
Add french cleat to the walls
Remove the workbench attached to the wall
Add a hardiebacker section to the wall to act as a stove backdrop
Add a concrete pad for the stove
Add a pellet stove
Check/repair the floor joists and footings
Patch the hole in the wall
Add an electrical panel and breakers for when it is moved
Add eaves
Add an overhang above the door
Re-frame the door for a better seal
