FTG in no way employs Heather, but even more than my drooling endorsement of my other Senior Design project cohort Garon Knudson and my own high self-estimation, she blows both of us out of the water as far as pure intelligence and analytical ability. In Senior Design we truly just relied on her to keep our advisor and other institution staff off our back by writing irrefutable progress reports, but she has a unique combination of above-average analytical ability and far-above-average work ethic that makes her valuable. Add to that her people skills, and she is invaluable.

I have worked with a lot of people in a lot of industries, and I would rather work with Heather than almost anyone I have ever met. I don't think our Senior Design team truly had a leader, but if it did it would have been Heather because she was able to both keep us in line and allow us to be wild/creative enough to make something interesting.
