This was a simple product development project to create create an adapter to combine a Mantis X with a DryFireMag.

This model was designed to fit the Glock 9mm magazine from DryFireMag which is compatible with the G17, G19, G19x, G26, G34, G45, G47, and G49. The adapter fits the Mantis X2, X3, and X10.

• replaces the base-plate on a DryFireMag
• added protection for the release lever on the Mantis X system
• print oriented for maximum strength along the bearing surfaces.

This is not a true PIC rail, it is custom fit to the Mantis X system so that the protection feature works. The protection is added to reduce the possibility of catching and breaking off the small latch on the Mantis X when drawing or re-holstering.
