This is a project created for IDL Industries to generate a production report from the data collected off the shop floor. This project was superseded first by MISys and now by the IDL MES.

This project is a python script that reads data out of an excel workbook and calculates production metrics across several vectors. We were interested in seeing the shop production vs the scheduled production, production per operator, production status per traveler, scrap rate per traveler, scrap rate average per SKU, and production average over a selected time scale.
