I can make silicone molds for resin or thermoplastic pouring or injection. I use a SLA Printer to generate a plug. I can create split molds or cut skin molds. For skin molds, a shell is printed using myFDM printers to minimize the use of silicone to the recommended wall thickness of the silicone. This decreases cost while still providing rigid molds that reliably produce parts without warping.
